Manifest
We are more than a gastronomy project. We are a project for the regeneration of territories through a circular economy, connecting land, sea and art to the table.
We are the result of what we produce, what we buy from local producers and at Portuguese fish markets, what we transform, what we preserve, what we serve and what we reuse.
We are the result of dozens of partners and people who contribute, on a daily basis, to become a factor in paradigm change and a reference for sustainability through gastronomy.
We want to move towards zero waste. Composting organic waste, not using single-use packaging and replacing the use of paper with textiles.
We are also a social project. Supporting the Vila com Vida Association and Café Joyeux, which promotes the integration of people with intellectual and developmental difficulties into the job market.
We are the result of the vision of Chef André Magalhães and Belong Giving Shape to Meaning and of all the team members, from the pantry to the kitchen, from the dining room to the technical, managerial and administrative support, and of our reference partners Craveiral Farmhouse and Papafigos Bio.
